The second phase of remediation will begin in mid-September 2020 with the demolition of the gatehouse located along Hunslet Road and the start of the land remediation in between AQL and the BUPA dental practice.

Once remediation there is complete, the area will remain untouched until the beginning of the Park development works in 2021.

The remediation will then progress onto the full remediation of phase 2A. This will involve excavating material, removing any obstructions and re-instating the area for the future development of new buildings.

The remediation of this phase of works will last from mid-September until the end of December 2020, followed by the demolition of the Carlsberg Building in the new year.

Phase 2B remediation is due to begin early 2021.
