We are delighted to join Leeds City Council in announcing two key milestones in the development of Aire Park, which will have the UK’s largest new city centre green space at its heart.

Work on the Meadow Lane section of the park is nearing completion, with a public opening date scheduled for mid-April 2022. The works, delivered by contractors John Sisk & Son Ltd for Leeds City Council see the transformation of reclaimed highway into an attractive new green space at the gateway to Aire Park.  

This announcement follows the news that we have begun construction on the flagship two-hectare section of the park, which will include a public events space and the first of the development’s commercial buildings.
