Leeds Indie Market Turns 4

Join the celebrations at The Tetley, Aire Park on Sunday 26th April, from 12pm–4pm, as Leeds Indi Market marks its fourth birthday with a vibrant mix of indoor and outdoor stalls.

Expect a beautifully curated selection of independent makers, bakers, and creators offering a little something for everyone. There will also be live music, plenty of sweet treats, and whispers of birthday cake to mark the occasion.

Artist Annie Geddes, working under the business name AGeddesCreates is an independent artist creating original works and illustrations.
A lifetime of self expression through art has lead Geddes to creating illustrations depicting works promoting modern day perspectives of self development and personal growth.
Dedicated to their craft, all works are illustrated and painted by hand before being produced into high quality, gallery grade Giclee prints.
Produced locally and packaged by hand using compostable and recyclable packaging.

Beverley makes unique handcrafted Jewellery from Polymer clay and re purposed glass beads. She likes to blend unusual colour combinations and is often inspired by traditions, folklore and nature from around the world. Beverley never makes two pieces exactly the same which make each piece special. She is making jewellery for the people who like to be a little different and offers a price range to suit every pocket.

At Drops of Joy we make whimsical art to make someone’s day – from cheerful cards and charming bookmarks to playful magnets and thoughtful little gifts, each piece is made to bring a small moment of happiness. Including mindful messages, our pieces are thoughtfully created for life’s lovely moments: as gifts, treats or “just because.”

Ruby Frog is an illustrator and printmaker from West Yorkshire, creating whimsical artwork inspired by the natural world and the folklore around it. She is also a storyteller and has illustrated and written several zines aimed at children.

Onyx Star is for the weirdos out there that are searching for things you don’t find on the high street. A corner of the art world where you can be yourself and have fun! Onyx Star is a dopamine rush of funky, trinket art and accessories.

💖 @itskoukou 
Koukou makes a range of t-shirts and tote bags – all climate neutral and 100% organic cotton with sassy feminist and queer slogans. Their artwork combines humour with camp and colourful illustrations, some of their most popular products are the Women of the World and Queers of the Kingdom map – both are super educational and a brilliant ways of learning about history that has been left out of the mainstream education system.
