The name “Vastint” and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks or trade names of Vastint UK Services Limited or other members of the Vastint group of companies. You are not allowed to use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, brands and marks are used for identification purposes only and are the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners.
Any notices you give us must be in writing and our address for notices is set out at the start of these Terms. We may give you notice either by email or by post using information you provide to us through the Site.
If any part or parts of these Terms shall be held unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, and if limiting such provision would make the provision valid, then such provision shall be deemed to be construed as so limited.
You may not assign or transfer any or all of your rights or obligations under these Terms.
If we fail to enforce any our rights, that does not constitute a waiver of that right.
