We are welcoming another major name to the neighbourhood. Global consulting and advisory firm Jacobs has confirmed it will move into 3 South Brook Street in early 2026, bringing its Leeds team to the heart of the city’s newest green quarter.
With a UK heritage spanning more than 150 years, Jacobs employs over 5,000 people nationwide and works across sectors including cities and places, energy, transport, water, life sciences and advanced manufacturing. Its new Aire Park workspace will become one of the company’s 15 core UK offices, joining a wider network of more than 35 locations.
The move will see Jacobs relocate from its current Holbeck base to a brand-new office overlooking the evolving eight-acre public park.
At South Brook Street, Jacobs will join a growing mix of national and international occupiers, including legal firm Devonshires, pensions provider TPT and investment platform interactive investor, helping to shape a vibrant commercial community alongside homes, leisure and public spaces.
Aire Park has been designed as more than just a place to work. Our vision is to create a genuinely mixed-use neighbourhood where businesses and people can connect, collaborate and enjoy city-centre life with nature on the doorstep.
Dan Westley, Head of Portfolio at Vastint UK, said:
“Jacobs is a fantastic addition to the commercial hub we’re building at Aire Park. Their commitment to innovation and reinvention mirrors our own ambitions for the site, and we’re delighted to welcome the Jacobs team into our growing community.
“Once complete, Aire Park will deliver more than 800,000 sq ft of Grade A office space for over 10,000 workers, all centred around an eight-acre public park. It’s about combining the energy of Leeds city centre with the calm and wellbeing benefits of green space—and inviting more businesses to be part of that story.”
Richard Sanderson, Executive Vice President at Jacobs, added:
“Leeds is a key location for Jacobs, and moving to Aire Park places our team at the centre of one of the city’s most exciting regeneration projects. The new workspace supports flexible working and collaboration, while offering all the advantages of a city-centre location alongside high-quality public space. It’s a move that works for our people and for how we support clients across the UK.” As Aire Park continues to take shape, Jacobs’ arrival marks another milestone in the creation of a neighbourhood designed around people, place and possibility
