We’re thrilled to share the news that global law firm Eversheds Sutherland is officially making Aire Park its new home.
The firm will be moving into our brand-new commercial building, Kellstone, in early 2027. They’re taking almost two thirds of the building and will also have access to their very own roof terrace, complete with panoramic views of Leeds and, of course, the green heart of Aire Park as it comes to life.
Eversheds Sutherland is no small addition, their 600-strong team is currently based at Bridgewater Place, and the move to Aire Park marks a big step in their future here in Leeds.
Eversheds Sutherland will be the first to move into Kellstone, but they’re joining a thriving and growing Aire Park community. Businesses like TPT, interactive investor and Devonshires are already here, and there are plenty more on the way.
