We’re delighted to share that Kellstone at Aire Park has been recognised at the CoStar Impact Awards, with Eversheds Sutherland’s tenancy winning Lease of the Year for Yorkshire & Humberside 2025.

Eversheds Sutherland will be relocating its 600-strong Leeds team to Kellstone, taking around 47,000 sq ft of high-quality workspace, nearly two-thirds of the building. As the first occupier of Kellstone, their arrival marks an important step in bringing new life, activity and opportunity to this part of the city.
