We will be submitting a detailed planning application for the next phases of Aire Park in late June and we would like your feedback before we do so.
The initial Outline Planning Permission for a mixed-use development has established the principles of our development which includes 850 new homes, offices, shops, a hotel and a new city park. Aire Park will create a highly sustainable and high quality new urban district as part of the wider redevelopment of the South Bank area of Leeds City Centre.
The next phases of development include our first three residential plots (R1, R2 and R3) and a dedicated multi-storey car park with cycle storage hub (MSCP1) . These phases will contain 651 homes in total, high quality publicly accessible spaces and landscaping, new courtyards and improved cycle and pedestrian routes, in addition to other significant benefits for the area.
A masterplan and development visuals have been prepared, which show the proposed layout and design aspirations for the site.
Ahead of the planning application being submitted, we would like to hear from our local neighbours, including residents and other interested parties on their thoughts on the proposals for these phases.
