At Aire Park, we’re committed to shaping spaces that put wellbeing and healthy living at the heart of everyday life. So it is with great pride that we can announce 1 & 3 South Brook Street have been recognised with a WELL Platinum certification, joining a select group of buildings and spaces that are enhancing human health and wellness through the WELL Building Standard.
Buildings pursuing the WELL Building Standard are scored on a set of health‑focused building strategies across a series of concepts spanning air, light, movement, materials and mind.
Just some of the aspects praised in the assessment included high levels of natural daylight, effective filtering for good internal air quality and careful design and specification to ensure pleasant acoustic environments suitable for different spaces within the building.
Our use of healthy materials during construction and health-protecting cleaning practices were also highlighted, as well as our internal aesthetics and outdoor connection to nature enabling relaxation and restoration.
The evolving green space on South Brook Street’s doorstep also offers the perfect escape to nature whether you’re looking for a tranquil lunch spot or space for a midday workout, once again placing health and wellbeing at the core of Aire Park.
Designed by Ryder Architecture and with current tenants including TPT, interactive investor, Devonshires, Ridge and Partners and Jacobs, we’re proud to have created a workspace which blends work, wellness and nature for these businesses to call home.
