As May kicks off, Leeds is preparing to welcome over 12,000 members of the global property community to the third annual UKREiiF conference.
With hundreds of events scheduled across the city, Aire Park is delighted to be hosting the Fringe Social Hub at The Tetley, offering visitors a chance to unwind and relax in the historic former Tetley HQ.
Having recently been reopened by Kirkstall Brewery, The Tetley which is just a 10-minute walk from the main conference centre, will be open daily from 10am. Featuring an expansive brunch, lunch and dinner menu of pub classics with a twist and the best products from breweries across the city, you’ll be sure of a warm welcome. In fact, whether you’re looking for a meeting spot with a new contact, somewhere to catch up with colleagues or just a place recharge away from the hustle and bustle of the main conference, you’d struggle to find a better venue.
In addition to bar and kitchen, Vastint UK and Aire Park will also be hosting some informal networking events within the building on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd. Between 4pm and 7pm each day, The Tetley will host an 8-lane giant Scalextric competition, attendees can test their skills against the rest of the property industry for the chance to win some amazing prizes.
The OG electric car competition gives a nod to Vastint UK’s delivery of one of the largest electric charging hubs in Europe. The hub will sit alongside the development’s 1 million sq ft of mixed-use office, retail, leisure and commercial space, all anchored around a new 8-acre public park.
