Founded in 2020, Bellevue Bakery is the creation of a talented local baker whose passion for patisserie began during studies at Bakery & Patisserie School before gaining experience at the renowned Bettys Bakery, where they crafted cakes and desserts for the brand’s tearooms and shops.
Today, Bellevue Bakery specialises in beautifully handcrafted celebration cakes, wedding cakes and bespoke dessert bars, alongside an irresistible range of sweet treats including stuffed cookies, brownies, blondies, millionaire’s shortbread, traybakes and cake slices. Their bakes are a popular fixture at markets across Leeds, Ilkley and Harrogate, earning a loyal following for their exceptional flavour combinations, thoughtful textures and stunning presentation.
