Once complete, Aire Park will offer 1,400 apartments for rent. They will come in a variety of sizes and locations.

The first phase of homes will be ready for occupation in early 2026.

The homes at Aire Park will be available to rent only.

Will there be affordable homes?

Yes. These will be leased through an affordable housing provider.

How do I register my interest?

You can sign up to our digital mailing list to receive updates on Aire Park homes as they become available.

How much will homes be to rent?

Rental prices will be determined closer to the release date.

Will homes be furnished?

Yes.

What size offices are available?

Our first phase of offices 1 & 3 South Brook Street offers spaces from 3,700 sq ft to 190,000 sq ft.

What retail spaces do you have available?

Retail units in the first phase, range in size from 1,200 sq ft to 8,400 sq ft.

When will offices become available to lease?

Office space is available now.

Do you have co-working spaces?

Not at the moment.

Do you provide serviced offices?

No.

Is parking available?

Paid parking is available nearby at Sheaf Street, Leeds, LS10 1HD.
